| Description: |
Unique mustard from southwest China. This cool season crop is also known as swollen stem mustard or pressed stem mustard because the stem enlarges into thick tuber-like bumps just below the petioles. Stems grow to 4 to 6 inches in diameter and weigh up to 1/2 pound. Young leaves may be harvested and used like any mustard greens.
